We install and service water softeners, salt-free systems, whole-house filters and under-sink RO systems from Stockton and Lathrop to Patterson and Turlock. Every city's water is different. Pick yours below for local hardness, chlorine, and well water facts, then book a free water test.
Manteca, CA
Manteca water is a blend of 16 city wells and SSJID surface water, so hardness and chlorine vary by neighborhood. We test yours for free.
View Manteca page →Lathrop, CA
Much of Lathrop can’t use a salt softener, so most of what we install here is salt-free. Softeners are still an option where the city allows them.
View Lathrop page →Patterson, CA
Patterson has some of the hardest city water we treat, plus ongoing chromium-6 notices.
View Patterson page →Stockton, CA
Stockton has two big water providers, and they treat water differently. We figure out which one serves your street, then test.
View Stockton page →Ripon, CA
Ripon runs on five deep city wells. The water is moderately hard, and the city has issued a chromium-6 notice for Well 19 at Mistlin Sports Park.
View Ripon page →Turlock, CA
Turlock blends 15 city wells with Tuolumne River water. Chlorine taste is steady, nitrate is closely watched, and hardness depends on the blend.
View Turlock page →River Islands, CA
River Islands is west of I-5, where salt softeners aren’t allowed. A backwashing saltless system is how River Islands homes reduce scale buildup, and RO handles drinking water.
View River Islands page →Modesto, CA
Modesto is home: our shop is at 909 N Emerald Ave Suite F. City water is hard, and sediment shows up in older neighborhoods.
View Modesto page →Lodi, CA
Lodi blends water from its own surface water treatment plant with 25 city wells. The groundwater is “at the low end of the ‘hard’ water range,” in the city’s words.
View Lodi page →Escalon, CA
Escalon’s three city wells deliver moderately hard water. A softener sized to your household takes care of the spots and crust.
View Escalon page →Newman, CA
Newman’s water is very hard, harder than most towns we serve. A properly sized water softener is usually the first thing we recommend here.
View Newman page →Tracy, CA
Tracy homeowners see scale on faucets and shower doors fast. We test your tap, then size a softener or salt-free system, filtration and RO.
View Tracy page →Hughson, CA
Hughson’s city wells have been under state orders for arsenic since 2009 and for 1,2,3-TCP since 2018. Here’s what the latest report says.
View Hughson page →Riverbank, CA
Riverbank runs entirely on nine city wells, and the water is moderately hard to hard, averaging 141 mg/L in the city’s latest report.
View Riverbank page →Mountain House, CA
Mountain House water is surface water from the California Aqueduct, fairly soft, and disinfected with chloramine, which changes the filter you need.
View Mountain House page →Ceres, CA
Ceres added Tuolumne River surface water in 2023 and is installing TCP treatment at more wells. Hardness swings widely with the blend.
View Ceres page →Salida, CA
Most of Salida is on the City of Modesto’s Salida system: hard water and a steady chlorine residual.
View Salida page →Oakdale, CA
In the Cowboy Capital, your water depends on who supplies it: City of Oakdale wells, an Oakdale Irrigation District system, or your own well.
View Oakdale page →Hilmar, CA
Hilmar homes are on Hilmar County Water District wells or their own private wells. The district’s latest report flags nitrate and manganese.
View Hilmar page →Del Rio, CA
Del Rio’s city water is softer than most of the Valley, so filtration and RO are often the bigger wins here.
