Pure Water, Pure Life
UV Water Treatment for Well Bacteria
Coliform, E. coli or Giardia in your well is unsettling. UV disinfection, protected by a sediment filter and softener ahead of it, treats every gallon entering your home, every day, without adding chemicals.

Liquid Solutions Inc helps well owners around Hughson, Turlock, Patterson, Manteca, Lathrop, Stockton and Modesto go from a positive bacteria lab result to UV disinfection that is installed and working. Family-owned since 1996, CSLB C55 (California’s water conditioning contractor license) #811243.
How we do it: UV disinfection, with a sediment filter and a softener ahead of it. We do not shock-chlorinate wells. We do not use 1-micron cyst filters as our approach. An initial lab test is required before we size UV.
Why sediment filter + softener first
UV light has to reach the water. Sediment can block the light; hardness minerals build scale on the quartz sleeve. That is why we usually recommend:
- Sediment filter first
- Softener second
- UV last, so it treats clear, soft water before the taps
Various options are available for each stage; your free in-home consult after the lab result shows what fits. Softener and sediment tanks we install carry a lifetime limited tank warranty.
What we do not do
- No shock chlorination as our long-term fix.
- No 1-micron cyst-filter approach as our standard recommendation.
Until treatment is in
If your lab found E. coli or Giardia, use bottled or boiled water for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth and making ice until UV is installed. Call Sales (209) 645-1151.

Questions
Do I need a lab test before UV?
Yes. A bacteria lab test from your county environmental health office or a state-certified lab confirms the problem up front. We will help you set it up.
Does UV change the taste of my water?
No. UV does not add chemicals.
Will UV fix a damaged well?
No. UV treats the water, not the well. If the seal or casing is damaged, a licensed well contractor should repair it. We do not sell or service well pumps.
Do you shock chlorinate?
No. We go with UV disinfection for ongoing treatment.
